About Us

PASSHE Center City is located at

  • Classrooms are located on the third floor. From the building entrance, go to the West Lobby Elevator, sign in with the attendant, and take the elevator to the third floor classroom.
  • Administrative offices are located on the concourse level.

PASSHE Emergency Safety and Preparedness


There are several convenient parking options near PASSHE Center City:

  • Central Parking offers validation stickers for West Chester University in Philadelphia students. Students with current WCU ID cards will be charged a $5.00 flat rate to park at the 8th/Market surface lot at the following times:
    • Monday through Friday: After 3:00pm (up to 12 hours)
  • In order to receive the above validation, please be sure to bring your original ticket from the lot with you, and a PASSHE/WCU staff member will provide you with the sticker.
  • A parking garage at Seventh and Market streets charges $8.00 to park after 5:00pm.
  • A city-run lot at Eighth and Filbert streets charges $8.00 to park after 5:00pm.


West Chester University in Philadelphia is easily accessible by SEPTA trains and buses, as well as the PATCO train system. The nearest train station is at Eighth and Market streets.
