Philadelphia Campus Lits Building

Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Coming soon to West Chester University in Philadelphia.

Offered through the Department of Public Policy and Administration, the Master of Public Administration (MPA) is a professional degree designed for individuals both with and without professional work experience who desire to enhance their administrative and public management skills. For students without public service leadership experience (pre-service), a relevant internship will also be incorporated into the program. The Nonprofit Administration concentration will be available at the Philadelphia Campus.

The MPA curriculum provides students with a foundation in the practice of public administration, and will increase students marketability, improve leadership skills, and help students stand out amoungst their peers in the workforce. Students earning the degree will possess a high level of competency in administrative processes for the public (and private) sector.

The application is easy and no GRE scores are required. Most students complete the program while working full time.

For more information about the MPA program, please visit the Department of Public Policy and Administration website.
