Please join us for the following:

  • Admissions and Financial Aid Presentations
  • Campus Tours
  • Academic Arena
  • Student Services Arena
  • The Office of Admissions and University Campus Store will also be open

Parking, Directions, and Accommodations


In order to accommodate the large number of visitors, parking for Preview Day is available in the Sharpless Parking Garage, M Lot, Matlack Parking Garage, and K Lot. Please view our Campus Map.

The Sharpless Parking Garage can be accessed from High Street by turning onto Sharpless Street. Northbound directions to the Sharpless Garage can be found here, and Southbound directions can be found here. The Business and Public Management Center is a few blocks from M Lot, Matlack Garage, and K Lot. Please allow extra time to walk from your car to the site for registration. Directional signs will be posted to assist you.

Please note, due to road construction on the area roads surrounding West Chester, traffic may be heavy at peak travel hours. Please allow extra time in traveling to WCU for your visit.

Preview Day FAQs

What time does Preview Day begin? 

The program will begin at promptly 9:00 am and check-in will begin at 8:00 am We prefer that you arrive before 9:00 so that we can adequately seat you before the start of the program.

What time does the Preview Day end? 

There is no set schedule and many activities are ongoing, so you may choose to stay for as little or as long as you would like.

Can I talk to ________ academic department that day?

Faculty members from all academic departments will be represented at Preview Day.

What other departments will be available to speak with?

Financial Aid, Student Life, Residence Life, and Athletics will be just some of the departments that will be available to speak with during Preview Day.

What else will we be able to see on that day? 

Most academic buildings will be available to visit, as well as the Office of Admissions, library, student union, residence halls, and dining facilities. Student ambassador tour guides will be available to lead guided tours of campus during scheduled times throughout the event.

Will I receive a letter confirming my registration in the mail?

No, you will receive a confirmation email that is sent directly to you after registering online. A reminder email will also be sent the week prior to the event. If you have additional questions, or need to update or cancel your reservation, please email
