The West Chester Borough Police department received a report that at approximately 10:30 pm on Wednesday March 8 2017 a white male exposed himself to a female student in the area of Linden Street and the 700 block of South Walnut Street The male actor is described as a white male in his 40s approximately 5ft 10 heavy set a with beer belly wearing sneakers no further description provided. The actor did not approach or say anything to her. Anyone with information regarding this crime should contact the West Chester Borough Police dept at 610-696-6700

  • Step in if you see a friend or acquaintance being taken advantage of or trying to take advantage of another person. Separate the individuals and make sure they get home safe.
