CANDIDATE SERVICES - COMMUNITY SERVICE

The Community Service Experience requirement has been suspended for the academic year 2020-21.

Community Service Experience is a Teacher Candidacy requirement for teacher candidates in early grades preparation, middle grades preparation, and special education programs. Community service experiences help teacher education candidates develop as professionals. They benefit from varied opportunities to work and interact with children, youth, and adults, including those with disabilities and/or their families.
