"I chose to go to West Chester for the opportunity to play soccer and be in close proximity to home. As a child my life had revolved around sports, faith and service to others. I wanted a career that would allow for me to capture my passions. Choosing WCU allowed me the opportunity to design my curriculum around an emerging new program of Athletic training."
  • Did you complete an internship while at WCU?
"Yes, a portion of our educational experience was internship based. I had the opportunity of completing internships at WCU, Swarthmore College, Brandywine Trauma Center as well as adding an additional full time internship at a clinical facility, Sports Physical Therapists, Inc."
  • Advice for graduating seniors in your field?

  • Best memory of your time at WCU?
"Best memory of my time at West Chester is a great collection of memories; college roommates, playing soccer, dancing at the RAT, outward bound bicycle trip through Nova Scotia, daily road trips to Swarthmore College with colleagues, developing my professional network and passing my national athletic training boards."
