ResNet Central provides Student Network support to all students, in addition to many other services. We are here to help you with technical questions, data (computer), video (cable TV), and voice (telephone) network support. We help you connect your personal computer and gaming equipment to the student network. If you are a WCU student and you need assistance, use our Service Request System to request service. It's the best way to get help!
West Chester provides wireless connectivity in all student residence halls.
NOTE: In order to connect to the campus network all wireless computers must install the Clear Pass OnGuard Key. This is not the same as the SafeConnect Key you may have installed from previous semesters. It is important that you uninstall the SafeConnect program from your computer before installing the new Clear Pass OnGuard Key. ResNet does not officially support the use of wireless game consoles, however, as a courtesy to our students, we do assist in providing network access for game consoles and other media devices. Anyone who wants to use the network for this purpose should connect to RamNet Guest. Game consoles will be unable to connect to RamNet.
