Biography
Dr. Mishra received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at University at Albany, State University of New York. In addition to teaching,Dr. Mishra has also worked as a consultant for the Professional Development Program at the Research Foundation of University at Albany and the Leadership Research Institute on projects related to training evaluation, multi-source feedback and assessment of leadership effectiveness. Dr. Mishra currently serves as the Director of the WCU Organizational Consulting Center as well as Graduate Coordinator for MS programs in Psychology.
