What should I do if I registered for a tour and have not received a confirmation and parking pass?

Confirmations are sent to the email address used on the registration form and may have gone to your spam folder. After checking your spam folder, if you still have not received your confirmation, please email the below information to 

Graduate Admissions

and we will send another email:

  • Student's Name
  • Scheduled Tour Date/Time

Where should I park when I get to campus?

Please reference our Parking section on our Parking page.

What building should I report to for my tour?

 All tours leave from the the Graduate School office, McKelvie Hall, 102 W Rosedale Ave, West Chester, PA 19383.

  What if I forget my parking pass?

 If you forget your parking pass, one can be picked up from the Graduate School office, 30 minutes prior to your visit. Please stop at the Graduate School office before parking to obtain your permit.

What should I do if I can no longer make my scheduled visit?

Please email  Graduate Admissions  if you can no longer keep your appointment. Once we cancel your original reservation, you may sign up for any open date and time.

  How do I get to Downtown West Chester?

 The downtown area is approximately four blocks from campus, via Church Street or High Street. For additional details, please visit West Chester's website.

  What should I do if the university is closed due to inclement weather?

In the case of inclement weather, please check the WCU Homepage or call 610-436-1000. If classes are canceled, all tours are as well. Delayed openings should not affect the campus tour schedule.
