Request or Change/Remove Concentration or Track Form

This form is for graduate students requesting to add a concentration or change/remove their current concentration in their current degree program. (ie, MS Applied Statistics to MS Applied Statistics – Business and Marketing; or vice versa)

Must be 7 digits. Include leading 0 if necessary.
First Name is a required field.
Last Name is a required field.
WCU Email is a required field.
Program Information
Department is a required field.
Current Concentration/Program/Track is a required field.
New Concentration/Program/Track is a required field.
Reason for Requested Change is a required field.

This request will be sent to the Graduate Coordinator for approval. You will receive an email confirming the outcome of your request.
