Where should I park when I get to campus?

Parking for Undergraduate Admissions visitors is located in the Student Recreation Center Parking Garage

Parking is complimentary for Campus Tour guests.  You will receive a parking validation code at tour check-in to use when exiting the parking garage.

Where do I check-in for my campus tour?

Check-in for your campus tour at the Science & Engineering Building (SECC), Room 101B
155 University Ave
West Chester, PA 19383

Enter into SECC on the ground floor (entrance is across from Chickie’s and Pete’s, Lawrence Hall) and check-in at the desk outside of Room 101B.

How do I get to campus using public transportation?

What should I do if I can no longer make my scheduled visit?

e-mail Undergraduate Admissions

if you can no longer keep your appointment with the Office of Admissions. Once we cancel your original reservation, you may sign up for any open date and time.

Can I meet with another office while I am on campus?

Please feel free to contact any of the Academic Departments or Coaches directly to set up an appointment for the date you will be visiting our campus. 

After my tour, I'd like to get something to eat. Where should I go?

We have a variety of options on campus as well as in the borough of West Chester.

How do I get to Downtown West Chester?

The downtown area is approximately four blocks from campus, via Church Street or High Street. Learn more about West Chester, PA and Downtown West Chester. 

What should I do if the University is closed due to inclement weather?

In the case of inclement weather, please check the wcupa.edu homepage.

If the University is closed due to inclement weather, all campus tours are cancelled.

In the event of a delayed opening, visitors will be emailed to inform them about any changes to their visit.
