WCU Affiliated Groups - departments or organizations affiliated with West Chester University
- Requests must be made more than 2 weeks prior to your event start date
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your event to be reviewed by Event Management
- All student groups must be registered with SGA
- Pending the scope of your event, rental fees may apply to your reservation
Non-Affiliated Groups - potential renters not affiliated with West Chester University
- Requests must be made more than 2 weeks prior to your event start date
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your event to be reviewed by Event Management
- All student groups must be registered with SGA
- Rental fees apply to all reservations. Additional costs may be applicable depending on the scope of your event
- Insurance is required in booking events with WCU Campus Recreation
