Event Rental Request Form

Student Organization - student groups which are funded and/or are officially recognized by West Chester University.

WCU Affiliated Groups - departments or organizations affiliated with West Chester University

  • Requests must be made more than 2 weeks prior to your event start date
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your event to be reviewed by Event Management
  • All student groups must be registered with SGA
  • Pending the scope of your event, rental fees may apply to your reservation

Non-Affiliated Groups - potential renters not affiliated with West Chester University

  • Requests must be made more than 2 weeks prior to your event start date
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your event to be reviewed by Event Management
  • All student groups must be registered with SGA
  • Rental fees apply to all reservations. Additional costs may be applicable depending on the scope of your event
  • Insurance is required in booking events with WCU Campus Recreation
