WCU Managed Housing

WCU Managed Housing is billed directly on your tuition bill
Financial aid and loans can be directly applied to your housing
Students in WCU Managed Housing enter into an occupancy agreement, which is cancelled if you withdraw from WCU
A meal plan (Ultimate, Purple, or Gold Meal Plan) is required if you live in any of these residences: Goshen, Killinger, Schmidt or Tyson
A meal plan is optional if you live in an apartment-style residence

USH Affiliated Housing

USH is a third-party vendor that manages six residence halls on North and South Campus
Students who live in USH enter into a binding 10-month lease agreement, which is not cancelled if you withdraw from the University
The housing fee will not appear on your tuition bill; rent is paid directly to USH
Financial aid and loan payments may be applied to USH housing, but must be authorized by the student or borrower
A meal plan (Ultimate, Purple, or Gold Meal Plan) is required if you live in any of these residences: Allegheny, Brandywine, Commonwealth or University
A meal plan is optional if you live in an apartment-style residence

Meal Plans

Meal plans are convenient, flexible, and loaded with options. Your meal plan allows you the freedom to eat at all dining locations across campus, complete with a range of menus and offerings.

WCU Managed and USH Affiliated on-campus residents living in Allegheny, Brandywine, Commonwealth, Goshen, Killinger, Schmidt, Tyson and University Hall are required to have a Meal Plan (Ultimate, Gold or Purple). Meal Plans are optional for residents living in on-campus apartments.
