Spring 2021 Daily Symptom Screening Survey Instructions & Weekly COVID Testing Requirements

Dear WCU Campus Student,

We hope that your transition back to campus has been a good one. We have implemented a few changes this semester as communicated in the Addendum to Occupancy/Lease Agreement: On-Campus Housing COVID Rules and Regulations previously emailed to you by Residence Life/University Student Housing. The following information will provide you information about next steps and expectations.

Daily Symptom Screening

You are required to complete symptom screening each day. The daily symptom screening survey is located in the Student Health Services portal. To complete the survey:

Log into: StuHealth Web using your WCU credentials.
Go to the “Survey Forms.”
Complete the form and submit.

A step-by-step guide is attached for additional assistance.

Surveillance Testing

You will be required to test for COVID-19 each week. There is no charge for the test. The testing clinic at South Side will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am to 4pm. You will need to register for a standard weekly appointment no later than Sunday. If you do not sign up by this deadline, you will be assigned a standard weekly appointment. Spots are limited for each time block. Links are available via an email through RAM Connect.
