The OUT list is a wonderful way for you to show your WCU Pride! It showcases a list
of participants who have chosen to share their lives and experiences with the entire
campus in order to foster greater visibility and community for LGBTQIA+ Rams. This
page functions as a dual project between the LGBTQIA+ University Caucus and the Center
for Trans and Queer Advocacy -- hoping to find ways to bring new campus community
members into the fold loudly and proudly! This completely self-selected list of our
LGBTQIA+ community members serves as a visible representation of our diversity, our
commitment to our own inclusion, and the success stories we have the share with the
wider campus community. We are everywhere and we are proud! Show your pride by becoming
part of the out list! If you would like to participate in the OUT list fill out this
form with your personal information. Some parts of this form are optional and can
be left blank at your discretion -- optional questions are marked on the survey.

LGBTQIA+ University Caucus
Mission Statement
The mission of the LGBTQIA+ University Caucus is to promote the equity, empowerment,
and success of LGBTQIA+ students, faculty, and staff by fostering a safe campus environment;
developing, suggesting,and supporting inclusive policies and curriculum; supporting
LGBTQIA+ recruitment and retention initiatives; and promoting social and educational
opportunities to meaningfully engage with the University community.
The Caucus will make recommendations to appropriate channels with the University when concerns arise regarding these areas. These functions are in keeping with and enhancing the mission of West Chester University.
