Jerry Morano, Esq.
Jerry Morano currently serves as an Assistant District Attorney for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. In addition, Jerry is an adjunct faculty at the Widener School of Law and West Chester University. Prior to this position, he worked for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General as a Deputy Attorney General in the Law Appeals and Criminal Section. While at the Attorney General’s Office, he served as the editor of the weekly Prosecutor Update. Jerry is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. He also wrote a section on the grand jury which was published in Capital Litigation Manual by the Pennsylvania District Attorney Institute. He is a former law clerk to the Honorable Carmen D. Minora of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. Jerry has taught numerous Continuing Legal Education courses and has provided police training throughout Pennsylvania. In addition, he has been a guest lecturer at numerous law schools.
