Bio
Dr. Angela Guerriero instructs courses in the music education department and advises students in the Music Therapy program. She is a board certified music therapist and founder/clinical director of Tempo! Music Therapy Services in PA and NJ. Her clinical work includes treating a variety of individuals including those with intellectual delays and individuals on the autism spectrum. Her primary research interests are school inclusion and collaboration, trauma-informed practice, and the ethics of self-care. Guerriero works regularly with the Paper Mill Playhouse in New Jersey and the Theatre Development Fund in New York to bring autism-friendly performances to Broadway and Paper Mill stages.
