Biography
Dr. Tom Mastrilli has his bachelor's of cience in Environmental Science from Pennsylvania State University and a master's in Adult Education. He earned his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh in Science Education.
Dr. Mastrilli taught and coached football and ice hockey at the middle and high school levels for five years in Western Pennsylvania before joining the faculty at West Chester.
