About The Meadow Trail
You are at the entrance of the Meadow Trail! The trail is 0.2 miles long and intersects with the Old Orchard Loop Trail and the service road before ending at an intersection with the BIg Woods Trail. The Meadow Trail also features a (diminutive) bridge that crosses Gordon Run.
The meadow contains a rich diversity of pollinator plants and is utilized by a variety of insects. Beginning in 2023, we began managing the meadow to enhance its value to the endangered Monarch Butterfly.
