Early this morning, our wireless authentication services failed which prevented users from connecting to RamNet. In most cases, those already connected would not have been affected. The failure has been identified as a problem in a software update to our wireless network system. The issue was resolved by 7:55AM and no more issues are expected. If you experience any problems connecting to RamNet, please contact the Help Desk at 610-436-3350. We are sorry for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
