D2L and Turnitin have released a new version of the Turnitin integration (Version 2), which will be available for new assignments beginning the Winter 18/19 semester. Read below for some of the key features, changes, and learn how to setup Turnitin on your Assignments. Exciting new features and functionality include updates to the grading experience, streamlined D2L Assignment interface, improved feedback experience, and more.
Please note:
All assignments created after December 20, 2018 will default to Version 2.
Assignments created using the current version of Turnitin (Version 1) will continue to function as they have in the past and will still have access to past results until an end of life date is announced in 2019.
All past Assignments using Version 1 that are copied into a new course after December 20th, will be automatically converted to use Version 2.
