SharePoint Online is still experiencing some intermittent slowness and there are also problems regarding workflows not running. Microsoft is reporting that this is a global issue that they are currently addressing. This issue does not impact SharePoint 2013 users.
For Academic Affairs and IS&T users that complete forms in SharePoint Online, please hold off on submitting SharePoint Online forms until we have received confirmation that the issue is resolved. We are expecting to have an update from Microsoft within the next 24 hours. Once Microsoft resolves the problem, the web team will work with you to restart necessary workflows.
