A new type of phishing email is circulating from varying senders with the subject Hello that is attempting to impersonate a WCU employee using an external email address, requesting if they are available, and requesting their cell phone number - This is a fake message. Please see the attached example email. Always verify the sender and sender's email address and when in doubt call the person to confirm. Please do not click any links or respond to the email. Never send passwords over email and do not reply to messages soliciting personal information. If you need to reset your password, go to https://password.wcupa.edu. If you have any questions or have replied to the email, please contact the Help Desk at https://www.wcupa.edu/servicenow.
