Please be advised that IS&T is aware of an issue reported by Microsoft where users in the Northeastern United States may be unable to access Exchange Online. Microsoft has identified that a network router was performing below acceptable thresholds and rerouted user connections to alternate devices and monitoring telemetry indicates that the service has recovered. Microsoft has entered a period of extended monitoring to ensure the issue is resolved.
