Street, West Chester, PA.
Paid visitor parking is located in the Sharpless Street Garage or Commons Garage.

These are approximations and the WCU Passport Acceptance Facility cannot guarantee processing times.
Please note that the WCU Passport Acceptance Facility is unable to mail applications
via Express Delivery, however applicants can add Overnight Return Delivery for an
additional fee. If your travel is sooner than the processing times linked above, please
contact the Philadelphia Passport Agency at 1-877-487-2778 for an appointment.
- Application
- The Application (Form DS-11) must be completed in advance of your appointment (Forms are available in the Global Engagement Office), or online
via Form Filler
- Completed in black ink.
- Printed single-sided.
- Provide Evidence of U.S. Citizenship
- Present documents that show proof of U.S. Citizenship at your appointment:
- Original and one B&W photocopy submitted with application.
- Original will be returned to applicant via USPS by U.S. Department of State
- Present Proof of Identification
- Valid State ID
- Color copy of front and back of ID (single-sided)
- Photo
- You must provide one photo with your passport application.

Student Eligibility Criteria
Students will be considered for reimbursement of their U.S. passport application fee
if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- U.S. citizen,
- 18 years of age or older,
- Currently enrolled full time at West Chester University,
- Applied for their passport through the Passport Acceptance Facility at WCU, and,
- Have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA,
- Pell Grant eligible.
