STEM Catering Services
One of the CSI’s primary goals is to expose students to high-level modern science experiences with advanced equipment. While we recognize that trips to college campuses are informative and can help expose students to state-of-the-art STEM research, they can be time-prohibitive. To respond to this challenge, the CSI has acquired new scientific equipment that mirrors what is found in undergraduate STEM classrooms, as well as state-of-the-art simulation software to bring modern science experiences to your school. Our STEM faculty and undergraduates have created a menu of STEM Workshops that can be ordered and delivered to your students.
During these visits, our STEM faculty and students will “serve” a ~ 1-hour hands-on activity to 27-30 students. Each STEM department has come up with activities for different age groups. We have enough standard research and college-level equipment to bring to the schools for groups of 2 or 3, and all materials and supplies will be brought by us.
