Goals and aspirations for the Information Services division are based on the following principles: better technology support for academic, administrative, and student constituents; deploying new services with minimal disruption to the campus community, and improvement of existing services by enhancing collaboration and communication. This is to ensure faculty, staff, and students are more involved in IT processes with strong objectives in achieving quality service and timely support and forming better relationships, as well as mentoring students.
