West Chester University's Information Services (IS) division's primary role is to provide the campus with technology services and support to faculty, staff and students. The division is comprised of Information Technology Services, Client Training and Support Services, Web and Content Management Services, Technical Services, Networking & Telecommunications, Administrative Computing Systems and Applications, and the RECAP technology conference services. Together these departments enhance integration of technology into curriculum, provide software training, help desk technical support, digital media services, support for the WCU website, information security services, resnet services, development and maintenance of enterprise systems (MyWCU), course management services, distribution of networking and phone services, and data analysis and reporting for the University.
