Undergraduate Ceremony: 5:00pm
Graduate Ceremony: 7:00pm
Held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Center City, 237 S. Broad St.
*RSVP is required. RSVP online here. The deadline is Friday, April 13.
Graduating students should arrive 45-60 minutes before their ceremony start time.
Undergraduate students: Arrive between 4:00pm and 4:15pm
Graduate students: Arrive between 6:00pm and 6:15pm
There will be a separate staging area with light refreshments for graduating students.
Guests should plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Beverages will be available for guests.
The DoubleTree Hotel has a parking garage with approximately 270 spaces, first come, first served. The rate for parking in their garage will be $12 for up to 12 hours. We have been told that the hotel will place a “for hotel guests only” sign at the parking garage in an attempt to minimize the number of people who park there to go elsewhere in the city; as attendees of an event at the hotel, you and your guests ARE hotel guests and ARE permitted to park in the garage.
