  • Apply online. Please be sure to select the correct program code for the Philadelphia program of interest.
  • Select Fee Waiver as Payment Method.
  • Contact the Registrar's office from every college or university you have attended and have an official transcript(s) sent directly to WCU’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions at:

Transfer Admissions

Earn your degree faster at WCU! Use the Academic Passport to waive the general education credits and complete your major specific courses here.  The Academic Passport satisfies the first 45 credits of general education requirements for students who have earned the A.A.S, A.A., A.S., and A.F.A from a Pennsylvania Community College. This includes English composition, mathematics, public speaking, interdisciplinary, and electives. Exceptions to this policy include the diversity requirement, course prerequisites, or major related requirements.

  • Type GRADRAM in the "For Official Use Only" section at the end of the application to waive the application fee!
  • Contact the registrar's office from every college or university you have attended and have an official transcript(s) sent directly to WCU’s Office of Graduate Admissions:
