For questions about parking permits, parking lots, and parking policies, please call 610-436-3345 Monday-Friday 8am-2pm.

For questions about Public Transit ticket and pass sales, please contact Student Services Incorporated (SSI) by calling 610-436-2955 Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

For questions about West Chester University's Shuttle Buses, please call 610-436-1053 Monday-Friday 7am-3pm or write via email to shuttle@wcupa.edu. During off hours, please leave a voicemail message. We respond to all calls and messages.

For questions about carpooling, rideshare parking spaces, and other commuting options, please write to WCUCommuterOptions@wcupa.edu.

Here at West Chester University, we commute with care: however we choose to make our way to and from campus, we do so with an attitude of concern for ourselves, each other, and the environment. We demonstrate this by:

making the choice to commute by shared modes of transportation like carpooling or public transit

Utilize WCU shuttles this semester!
Bicycle Lending Library continues in the Francis Harvey Green Library.
New Electric Vehicle charging stations have been installed in the Science and Engineering Center parking garage. Look for the six chargers on the lower level.
West Chester University continues its partnership with DVRPC (Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission) and TMACC (Transportation Management Association of Chester County) in offering the WCU community access to the digital trip planning and carpool connection platform Share-A-Ride!
