Research Interests:

Green Chemistry and Sustainability

Research Summary:

Microwave-Assisted Organic Synthesis (MAOS)-microwave energy supplies a cleaner way to perform organic chemistry. As an adjunct to “green chemistry”, MAOS strives to develop reactions which are efficient, do not generate a great deal of waste, do not use hazardous reagents, and take advantage of renewable resources.
