Use this to reserve most spaces on campus.

Campus Recreation Space Request Form

Use this link to request spaces and equipment from the Student Recreation Center.

Look here for information on general event policies and specific space policies that might be applicable to your event.

Special Event Form

This is the form that you will submit only if your event has met the definition of a special event. You must reserve space before submitting this form and must have attended Event Specialist training.

Please email involvement@wcupa.edu to set up a meeting with a Leadership Consultant for assistance with an event planning process. Additionally, you can stop by Sykes 238 to see if a staff member is available to assist.
